  • Handle the recruitment & selection process.
  • Design, assess and facilitate training programs.
  • Draw Department Organization Chart, Work Flow, maintain the Job Description.
  • Prepare and register all contract for employees (EC).
  • Prepare monthly and weekly HR & Admin Department budget.
  • Preparing & analyze monthly reports to HR & Admin Manager.
  • Assist in Personal Income Tax payment process.
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by assisting orientation & on job training programs.
  • Assist in compensation & benefits function and timely payroll calculation in the accuracy for EC.
  • Maintains employee’s personal file and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Support exit process for resignation employee.
  • Supervise workload and performance of HR& Admin Officer and Junior HR& Admin Officer.
  • Perform in organizing for staff welfare and seasonal activity.
  • Perform in advance and clearance process deal with Finance Dept;
  • Managing Admin payment process.
  • Pay slip distributes.
  • Manage to purchase fix asset and maintain fixed assets.
  • Make the extension according to administrative contracts and documents.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate and other related qualifications of HR & Admin.
  • Minimum (5) years of experience in HR and admin fields.
  • Good interpersonal skill and Problem-Solving Skill
  • Good command of English 4 skills
  • Good in MS Office Package
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressures in any challenging situations.
