- Preparing PO and making ERP entry of stock receiving and updating.- Visiting card ordering and issuing to employees.- Repairing computer accessories including laptops and managing penalty cases of issued laptop.- Record keeping, ordering and issuing office supplies.- Cooperate with Facility team to arrange meeting room facility.- Managing sim cards and issuing to employees.

- Must have Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field- At least 3-year experience in admin job- Must be proficiency in computer excel- Good interpersonal & communication skill- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Basic English Language skills is required
