- Coordinate with various departments within Head Office and all branch offices for administrative tasks.
- Assist in repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, ect.
- Handle applying ,extending company licenses and other documentation
- Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment
- Responsible for monthly inventory reports to management

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field in required for this position
- Any Graduate
- Good at using Microsoft office, Email & Internet
- Good in Teamwork
- Good in interpersonal skills

- Willing to travel and go outside
