  • Oversee day-to-day office fleet administration management.
  •  Supervise administrative staff and drivers, ensuring smooth operations.
  •  Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  •  Manage company fleet including registration, licensing, and insurance.
  •  Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
  •  Monitor fuel usage, costs, and fleet utilization.
  •  Implement fleet safety and compliance policies.
  •  Prepare reports on administrative and fleet performance.
  • Any ad-hoc JD assigned by Management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  •  Any Bachelor’s degree.
  •  5–7 years of experience in Administration / Office Management.
  •  Minimum 4 years of fleet management experience.
  •  Strong knowledge of compliance, transport regulations, and safety standards.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
