A Good Opportunity for ..

• Coordination with customer, sales and service team.
• Solve the customer complain and Support Customer Requirement.
• Prepare quotation for Maintenance contract & Part Proposal.
• Spare Part recommendation.
• Control and Plan for the Spare Parts Stock, and Order through Karcher infonet.
• Follow up quotation & proposal,
• To follow up with the customer for the receivable payment.
• Parts ordering, and receiving, Site Survey and Demonstration, PDI Commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing, Warranty claim
• Aftersales support for Karcher, Power Heavy equipment & Hansa Flex & M&E
• Prepare Service Schedule Arrangement and report to Manager.
• Spare Parts Recommendation and repairing & sourcing the parts locally (if available).
• Prepare the costing & coordinate with Service Admin to create the Quotation for service, spare parts and rental.
• Send the Quotation to customer after AFS Manager Approved.
• To follow up quotations that sent to customer.
• Coordinate with Parts Admin for the Parts Requirement after receiving quotation approval.
• Check with Service Admin to Issue the Invoices for the Performed job and Delivered Parts.
• Support to sale Team for the Site Survey, Commissioning & demonstration.
• Supporting PE,HE & M&E (After Sales Team) for the Job requirement.
• Supporting Admin for the Machine serial no. Engine Model, Serial No. etc...

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• GTI or Any graduated (Engineer prefer)
• At Least 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Microsoft Office
• English Reading, Writing, Speaking and Emailing.
• Require good communication skill in customer support.
• Require good coordinating, organizing in teamwork.
• Must be Manual Drive
