• Collect and submit the market feedback including competition activities to improve the portfolio (products and pricing).• Converting potential leads into actual sales via regular updates and communication• Deepen business relationship with existing lending customers• Dealer acquiring, processing and on-going relationship management for daily retail lending cases.• Facilitate site visit requirements to complete the dealer/agent/agency/customer onboarding applications• Ensure credit application are processed within SLA by liaising with respective department.• Ensure the achievement of given target• Maintain and share the route cause analysis of cancel/reject applicants and delay in SLA to relevantproduct’s owner and Loan department

• Any bachelor’s degree• Minimum 3-5 years of Sales & Business Development experiences• Strong interpersonal skill• Adequate communication• Customer management• Problem solving• Target oriented
