About the Company
Our client is a Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Mandalay offering variety of products and services relating to healthcare.

The Role
● Developing & maintaining rapport with new as well as existing Key customers
● Assisting the business head in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making
● Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development
● To supervise and lead the distributors and regional sales team
● To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
● To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
● To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

● Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
● A Graduate; preferably science or pharmacy/medicine
● Initiative and Capable of Handling a team
● Positive attitude, Effective communication & convincing abilities
● Good track record performer as a Regional or Area Manager or similar position
● Business English Skills
