  • Oversee and ensure smooth running of daily office administration (office maintenance, supplies/inventory, utilities, facilities).
  • Supervise administrative staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement of general office needs, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, events, visitor logistics, travel arrangements, and office events as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in planning and managing budgets related to admin and operational expenses (office supplies, maintenance, services, utilities).
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures align with company policy and financial guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on administrative and operational performance, expenses, resource utilization, issues, and recommendations for management.
  • Assist in special projects, office expansion/relocations, facility upgrades, vendor contracting, event organization, or other projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in administrative management, operations coordination, or related roles.  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office / Excel), record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
  • Understanding of office administration processes, procurement, facilities/asset management, and operations workflows.
  • Supervisory and team-management capability; ability to mentor and coordinate administrative/operations staff.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills — to coordinate with various departments, external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
