For Civil –

• Supervise and coordinate civil works such as earthworks,structural works, concreting  masonry, finishing etc.
• Review and verify construction drawings, specification and materials
• Monitor construction progress and ensure civil works are carried out as per approved plans and safety requirements
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects and site supervisors
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues during construction
• Assists in preparing BOQS cost estimates and progress reports

For M&E  -

•  Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems
• Review and comment on MEP design drawings, method statements and material submissions
• Coordinate between civil and MEP works to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor testing and commissioning of MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with MEP codes, Standards and regulations
• Supervise M&E sub contractors and technicians on site

General Responsibilities –

• Report to the Chief Engineer or Project Manager on technical matters
• Support in project planning scheduling and resource allocation
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors and technical staff
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of combined experience in Civil and MEP works within the Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Construction methods, structural systems and MEP installations
• Proficient in Auto Cad , MS project , Revit MEP or similar design and scheduling tools
• Strong Leadership, coordination and communication skills
• Sound understanding of building codes, safety , regulations and quality control procedures
• Experience working on mid to large scale building or infrastructure projects
