A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Professional and personal scheduling for the director, including agendas, email, phone calls and client management.
Act as the point of contact with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the Director.
Organize the director’s travel itineraries and handle expenses.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
Manage deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure completion.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Able to speak and write in English fluently.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Discretion in handling confidential matters.
Experience in an administrative role is preferable
