Assistant Manager of Compliance should fully utilize his / her knowledge and experience to ensure that the firm is compliant with laws and government regulations, and reviews factors that could negatively affect.

  • Driving PDCA of Risk and Compliance matter in GGINL.
  • Developing and implementing of Compliance related policies.
  • Reviewing and enhancing internal policies and SOPs in response to law or regulation changes.
  • Checking and monitoring employees to obey the internal policies and laws.
  • Reporting appropriate information to CA(CRO) and Management, and required information to regulator.
  • Supporting other departments from legal point of view for making contract or agreement

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL. B)
  • Experience as a Risk or Compliance area (+5 years)
  • Understanding of nature of financial regulation in Myanmar
  • Knowledge of laws in Myanmar
  • Experience in financial institution (+5 years) (Preferably)
  • Age: Preferably between 30 to 40 years of age
  • Advocate or Higher Grade Pleader (Preferably)
  • Should Speak/Read/Write Englishfluently
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Being able to devote passion to Myanmar citizens and future of Myanma
