1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
2.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
3. Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming /outgoing emails and following up necessary.
4. Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
5. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
6. Organize travel management, booking flights, accommodation , train and taxis.
7. Take dictation and minutes.
8. Prepare report and documentation for meetings and appointments.
9. Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation . Source office supplies.
10. Devise and maintain office filling system
11.Assist with other administrative and project requirements as needed.
12. Report to Sales Manager

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant position
3. English communication skill
4. Age must be 20 years and above
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint , Internet and Email
6. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
