- Manage , confirgure and maintain the IT Infrastructure and Systems, including wireless access points, routers,switches,firewalls, SDWAN endpoints,PCs and servers, etc; ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Design, install, configure,testing and commissioning of IT and OT network system with wireless , fiber and other types of network media.

- Porvide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems.

- Ensure systems, applications and infrastructure uptime at maximum level and maintain users satisfactional with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients' needs.

- Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of new IT policies and porcesses

- Check and ensure availabilities of IT resources and responsible for procurement, configuration, and administration of hardware, software and IT inventory for the company.

- Any other ad-hoc function required by supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree in information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.

- Prior 5 years working experiece in IT network and server infrastructure services. (e.g., Servers, Storage, Virtualization,SD-WAN, Securitry, CCTV and VoIP )

- Experience in microsoft O365, UEM and Firewall

- Must have knowledge in fiber networking and networking design.

- Able to communicate and manage third parties vendors and suppliers.

- Quick learner and able to learn new technologies with good technical/analytical skills.

- Ability to commiunicate in English and demostrate initiative/positive professional attitude.

- Able to travel for work.
