A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing communication strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints

  • Coordinate ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities

  • Manage and support digital marketing content (social media, website, messaging platforms)

  • Coordinate with agencies for creative design, content, and media buying

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare communication effectiveness reports

  • Develop marketing materials to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers (POSM, brochures, leaflets, posters)

  • Support trade promotions, product launches, and in-store activation programs

  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align campaigns with field execution

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Trade Marketing, or FMCG distribution

  • Experience working with distributors and retail channels is a strong advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic design or digital tools knowledge is a plus

  • Strong understanding of marketing communication and branding

  • Experience in trade marketing or distribution environment
