• Responsible for daily route plan for marketing team along with the B2B visit lists for the team
• Create digital program performance including digital marketing calendar creation and online marketing.
• Visit existing customers in their way plans and report sheets when the team go out and fill it up so department head can cross check the data
• Visit market together with team how to get more new member and how to promote the sales
• Responsible to make the weekly, monthly meeting with the team and review the feedback/ achievement
• To analyze customer research, current market situations and competitor’s update
• To identify potential new market, create and develop marketing plan
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• Report to HOD for the market situation and price, promotion, competitor’s update
• Able to travel for business.
• Perform any other duties as assign by Department Head.

• Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Diploma with at least 2-3 years related wroking experience preferred Freight & Transportation Industry.
• Mature personality with consultative selling and marketing experience in other service industry may be considered too
• Able to formulate and costruct business proposal and logistics solution plan
• Ability to work in a diverse environment with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to manage and perform under extreme pressure in fast paced environment.
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Computer literate, familiar with microsoft office application of Excel, Powerpoint, Words, etc.
