We are presently helping a local company to look for an experienced and seasoned marketing professional to join them as ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible the development and implementation of all marketing strategies and programmes that support the company’s business plan.

The role will be:
• Responsible for the team members’ day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
• Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandises to be used as gifts.
• Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating contents.
• Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related materials.
• Track competitors’ activities by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
• Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking of final copy.
• Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails to stakeholders.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• A degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Development.
• At least 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years in a marketing position preferably in FMCG industry.
• Must have good planning and organisation skills with excellent attention to details.
• Good interpersonal skills and must communicate well in English language (both written and spoken) due to foreign associates.
• Must be highly motivated with self-confidence, and be able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Those with good knowledge of the FMCG industry is preferred.
