- Manage and maintain the monitoring systems
- Fault handling escalation
- Facilities maintenance
- Reporting technical team operation/ documentations
- Tier 2 support for customer complaints
- 24x7 duty shift assign
- Monitoring and collaborating with teams for a high quality service
