• Manage loan disbursement to meet the target
• Provide training to new staff and old staff related to operation for awareness and comply with operational policies and producers
• Train staff for new product launching and capacity building
• Supervise Regional Managers to check cash balances, loan documents in branch office and field visit
• Prepare Monthly FRD report and submit to Operation Manager
• Prepare for FRD auditing
• Analysis of the report and evaluate the performances of each region/branch
• Evaluate Regional Managers’ reports and report to Operation Manager
• Manage opening New Bank Account
• Manage Employee Loan
• Supervise on fund transfer
• Prepare Loan Write Off and get the approval for deceased members
• Supervise on operation checklist to be followed up
• Implement new expansion township

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any graduate
• Relevant past experience – 5 years senior level experience in Microfinance Management
• Training and certification – Preferably certification on Microfinance Management
• Communication with various type of people, having a neutral mindset and be persevering
• Positive (can do) attitude with an ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility
• Taking responsibility for own action
• Good collaboration ability
• Strong knowledge and experiences in Microfinance
• Ability to travel, including overnight as required
• Strong analytical problem solving and project management skill
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office application; Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skill in English
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
