Supervise containers and trucks planning activities
Ensures all employees perform their duties with the utmost concern for their safety, their equipment's upkeep, and the safety and well-being of those working on the Port/Terminal of logistics industry
Manage and monitor vendors responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical handling of container’s and truck’s operations
Develop requires SOP, working instruction and guidelines for transportation
Always tracking in FMIS system of approving, checking in timely
Always monitor and check via GPS application of truck situation and movement
Be an effective communication within cross department in timely manner
Ensure the load and discharge is performed accurately and timely
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure the availability of container handling equipment for service (production) demands as well as for preventive maintenance scheduling
Oversee the scheduling of departmental employees
Ensure proper training of employees to safely operate container handling equipment and relevant computer systems
Prepare evaluations for departmental employees
Conduct regular Safety and Business meetings with departmental employees
Assist with the preparation of the department's budget
Assist with the preparation of department goals and implements procedures to accomplish those goals
Manage Dry Port Team and Transport Team
Make sure that the labor supply for Dry Port is met to the requirement of the work load
Effective and efficient management and leadership of storage yard, dedicated container freight station, stock and inventory
Performs other duties as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any bachelor degree
Must have at least 5 years of working experiences in port/ fleet/ terminal operation of logistics industry, handling experiences in containers and trucks
Prefer candidate who is 30-35 years old
Possess knowledge of Port & Logistic, Rail and transportation operations
Myanmar Nationality
Can communicate with Burmese and English languages
Excellent communicational, organizational and leadership skills
