• Responsible for implementation of sale target
• Must be able to develop new sales potential
• Serves as primary liaison to all lab to lab and KOL customers.
• Manage and deal with KOL to achieve the overall objective of sales numbers
• Provide targets for team members and aid them in coming up with strategies to meet these targets both in terms of overall sales and profitability
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Eligible for sales contract and discount.
• Provide sale training to help sale executives become stronger in achieving sale target.
• Exercises direct supervision over sales executives.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales executive
• Develop new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Must be a great communicator able to motivate and lead others
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Ensures employee compliance with staff policy
• Researches and resolves client problems or issues.
• Must be able to work both on site and off site
• Entitle to get monthly report from lab operation manager
• Participates in department, inter-department, inter-facility and inter-regional projects which help the laboratory achieve its goal of providing quality service and client support in a cost-effective manner.
• Implement the seminars, conferences and CME planned by marketing manager in invitation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit findings and analysis to superior management

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any bachelor degree (Preferable M.B.B.S Holder)
• Minimum 3 years of sale management experience.
• Prefer certificate in sales management
• Must have efficient knowledge in laboratory tests.
• Efficient management and leadership skill
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft power point and Excel
• Pleasant personality with spirit of co-operation
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to read and generate reports, and market analyses.
• Able to travel.
