Descriptions

  • Serves customers by selling new products, develops, and manages a market to achieve the maximum sales goals and maintain profitability. 
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new products by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customer. 
  • To manage the operation in order to accomplish the most effective sales team. 
  • Manage develop routing and call cycles and perform to set sales strategies. 
  • Plan and implement for brand-building & achieve business goal, sales target. 
  • Negotiating sales contract, terms and conditions with customers. 
  • Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation.
  • Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets / events, exhibition, media planning, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc. 
  • Establish, develop and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential customer.

Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing, mathematics, business administration, or relate field. 
  • At least (3) years’ experience of sales management role as food and beverage industries
  • Having hands-on B2B sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales target. 
  • Prefer from Hotels, Fine Dining, Food and Beverage supplier jobs. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and producers. 
  • Excellent command of the English Language. 
  • Be able to travel as business trips.
