  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment, such as computers and active board.
  • Revise lesson materials with students individually or in small groups during study hours.
  • Collaborate with head teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
  • Comply with school and class rules and regulations.
  • Enforce students to follow the rules and teach students proper behavior.
  • Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
  • Help supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch and recess, and on field trips.
  • Motivate and encourage students.
  • Help with school events, trips and activities.
  • Decorate the classrooms and maintain the class properties.
  • Work with the head teacher to monitor the class.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related filed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills 
  • Follow the procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Able to work under pressure, have good time management, maintain deadline and work independently.
  • Prefer to have relevant education certificate.
