  • Prepare and implement the yearly/monthly training plan and Budget.
  • Measure the quality objective achievement quarterly.
  • Monitor and implement department KPI effectively.
  • Organize and lead all training for employees.
  • Measure and monitor post-training feedback.
  • Monitor and check the training expenses.
  • Prepare and arrange payment for the monthly Incentive of employees.
  • Prepare and arrange for the monthly SSB contribution.
  • Assist to Division Head.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least around 4 years’ Experience in the HR field.
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Development.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Able to Travel.
  • Able to perform the duties and responsibility with less supervision.
