ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a self-driven, motivated, work harder and competent in engaging with delinquent customers. The main responsibility will be to contact delinquent clients and collect missed outstanding payments in early days of delinquency. This role will help Yoma Bank to take care of 1-90 days delinquent customers by working closely with respective Branch Managers, Regional Sale Capability Managers, Business Development Team and Collection Team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact assigned delinquent customers to make sure the key reason for missing regular repayment.
Trade-off with customer to be a good client in the future.
Negotiate deadline for fully or partial repayment of due principal and/or interest.
Get promise to pay on specific date and repayment amount in figure (fully or partial).
Record the call result in given system/form/excel sheet/Microsoft form.
Report the call result to team lead daily/weekly/monthly.
Follow up with the customer who promised to pay to keep their promise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve required result for delinquency management.
Provide customer feedback and market update to team lead.
Related tasks assigned by team lead/SM/HOD.

Experience
Min. 1-year experience in related field.
Prior collection experience is preferred but not essential.
Education & Special Training
Bachelor’s degree with diploma or certificate in Communication, Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field.
Able to use Microsoft Office; word, excel and email.
Able to write office letters, emails in simple English.
Good typing speed in both English and Burmese.
Knowledge & Skills
Accounting skill.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
