 Report to Senior Health & Safety Officer, Department Head and Project Director/ Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible to achieve the target that set by Senior Health & Safety Officer/ Department Head & Project Director/ Manager
2. Evaluate, assess and alter safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees
3. Analyze accident report and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts
4. Inspect the suitability, completeness, and correctness of the use of Safety Symbols/ Signboards/ Notices/ Warnings/ Cautions announced at different working areas
5. Assist/ conduct rehearsal / practice for emergency response plan and fire drill demonstration at project site by involving all employees and other site personnel
6. Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors
7. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
8. Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements
9. Prepare monthly and weekly report
10. Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Health & Safety Officer/ Department Head & Project Director/ Manager

Job Requirements

1. University Degree with related field experience not less than 2-year
2. Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
3. Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
4. Verbal and written communication skill in English
