DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.
Approve loans within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
Analyst applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Review and update credit and loan files in the system.
Work with junior underwriters to identify their submitted documents and to find ways of reaching to get the defined target.

Bachelor's Degree Holder
Credit underwriting experience for minimum 1 year.
Understanding of lending procedures
Understanding of lending documents
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
