ROLE PURPOSE 

Associate or Senor associate will be primarily responsible for assisting in preparing the credit proposal for new and existing clients. 

The job function will also include the monitoring of borrower’s financial performance to assist in the risk rating process. In addition, associate / senior associate will perform credit annual reviews and completes other duties as assigned. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Preparing all documentation regarding the credit facilities and collaterals. 

• Analysis of real estate valuation, personal cash flow, business cash flow and related financial statements. 

• Analysis and assessment of the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients. 

• Review and analysis of loan documents, leases agreement, sales agreements and other related materials.

• Ensure to complete all credit files, identify any documentation deficiencies and effectively communicate the results of the findings for reviews to supervisors 

• Assisting in collection and analyzing of documents for annual loan reviews. 

• Performing additional assignments as requested 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, will consider commercial experience. 
• Minimum 1 year work experience in analysis/underwriting of commercial loans. Experience in the financial industry is a plus 

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently and achieve required objectives with limited supervision. 

• Ability to work within a team environment, interact with peers and management within the bank, as well as with the customers and outside support. 

• Able to read and write in English ( pre-intermediate level) 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
