Main Activities:

• To carry out site inspections on contractors works to ensure quality,
• Ensure works compliance with specification, drawings, method statements and quality standard,
• To support and mentor workers on site and assist them to deliver good QAQC performance,
• To provide input and support to PMC leads for the delivery of high quality work on site,
• To conduct regular QAQC inspections and audits,
• To administer NCR process and monitor rectification procedure,
• Maintain good QAQC and inspection records.

Requirements:

To be successful for the above mention positions, the staff will possess;

• Significant experience in a similar site role,
• Proven C&S or M&E experience in Piling, Basement excavation and high rise building construction, preferable School projects,
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with Contractors and Management to drive the project at all levels within the workplace.
• Knowledgeable in planning, checking, monitoring project’s progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes,
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Qualifications:

• Degree (B.E.) in relevant Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Highly motivated with a positive “Can Do” attitude
• Fit and Healthy as this position will involve a lot of site work (80% of working day on site)
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
