လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Review all the structural design documentation prepare and ensur that it is correct to high degree of accuracy. suitable for construction and in accordance with all relavent standards.
  • Attending regualr design coordination meetings with consultants, internal meeting with contractors at at which all new drawings, shop drawings, RFA/RFIs are coordinated & reviewed .
  • Assisting the project team in all designissues as and whenrequired and laed a team of desing engineerings. 
  • Coordinate with foreign and laocl consultants for all design matters.
  • Coordinate with contractors and in-house design team to solve the routine site problems.
  • Negotiate and trace the Loacl Authorities , approval status on all design matters.
  • Monitor the design development status and ensure can scope with the construction progress at site.
  • Carry out design for parmanent works/tempory works according to MNBC for submission to YCDC?HPBC.
  • Possess expert knowledge on structural software such as ETABS and SAFE for checking consultant's works.
  • Prefer to have professional engineer ( Structural) License reconized by local building authority.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor of Engineering  in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • 8 years’ experience in structural design for high-rise or large buildings.

  • Proficient in ETABS, SAFE,  AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.

  • Intermediate English, MS Office, ability to use Microsoft Project.

  • Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
