🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&E operations across Mandalay and national sites, ensuring reliable implementation of electrical systems and ongoing maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues related to rectifiers, inverters, UPS, air-conditioning units, and generator systems
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance routines with minimal downtime
• Supervise and train field teams on SOPs, safety protocols, and efficient on-site operations
• Plan and implement ad-hoc and long-term projects, including design and material preparation (BOMs)
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and progress updates to management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with telecom infrastructure teams and support cross-functional deployments
• Travel across the country as needed for site implementation, surveys, and troubleshooting
• Submit detailed job reports to the Deputy Chief Engineer (DYCE) on a regular basis

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power or Electronics Engineering (Power specialization preferred for Electronics degree holders)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems, preferably within telecom, data center, or industrial infrastructure
  Strong technical background in:
• Rectifier, Inverter, Battery, UPS, Air-con, Generator systems
• Electrical system installations
• Familiarity with telecom and networking equipment
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, electrical layout design, and Bill of Materials (BOM) drafting
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems is a plus
• Competent in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, internet communication
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as needed
