Job Purpose

Reporting analysts collect and analyze data to develop qualitative and quantitative reports for retail sales channels. Executives can use their findings to make informed business decisions. Reporting analysts use their effective analytical and research skills to gather pertinent information.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and collect data from various sources through Microsoft access/ excel to publish performance analyzed reports
• Provide the channel effectiveness report in Sales and set KPIs through geographical hierarchy in depth
• Develop/maintain standard reports, KPIs and performance dashboards to ensure the respective team can deliver business objectives
• Support business requirement through improving visibility to business performance and help immediate Supervisor to enable effective decision making
• Provide ad-hoc/ special reports with high-quality insights to managers for marketing/ sales tactics/ scheme
• Ensure accurate and on-time reports with analytical information
• Develop insights to resolve business queries
• Co-ordinate with IT for report automation and ensure data quality, calculate payout through source data from multiple systems
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results/ required reports while meeting deadlines
• Develop dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems or make business decisions and recommendations based on relevant data to regions
• Support decision making process to stakeholders by providing timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibilities on business performance
• Support system operations for retail channel like submitting APN, PR/PO and GRN

• Must have the Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in reporting and analytics, or a related field.
• Telcom industry experience is preferred
• Excellent excel skill is required, and sale data experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Good Communications in both English and Myanmar.
