To negotiating the prices with landlords for the deployment of ATMs, processing payments for rental and service level agreement (SLA) payments, obtaining approval from the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) for ATM deployment, obtaining legal approval for ATM deployment contracts, and making purchasing payments related to ATMs. The overall goal of this role is to ensure the successful deployment of ATMs while managing and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Negotiate with landlords to obtain competitive pricing for ATM deployment locations.
  • Process rental, ATM related costs and SLA payments to landlords/vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stamp duty fees payment fees payment processing at taxation office for ATM deployment
  • Request CBM approval for ATM deployment locations as required.
  • Obtain legal approval for ATM deployment contracts.
  • Process purchasing payments for ATM-related services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all payments and contracts.
  • Resolve any payment or contract-related issues with landlords, vendors, or internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ATM deployment locations meet all operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and operations teams, to ensure the timely deployment of ATMs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Preferable Knowledge of legal requirements for contract management and payment processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
