JOB SUMMARY

Bancassurance Coach report to the Executive Manager and is responsible to drive the insurance business to be successful across the branch network.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coaching and Performance

• Build the knowledge of Insurance Product and coach the staffs on product features.
• Identify leads and opportunities.
• Pre-quality leads for referral to Bancassurance partner.
• Keep up to date with changes in Bancassurance product.
• Observing and coaching of bankers with customers.
• Be the point regards to distribute Bancassurance update information to the branches.
• Track and monitor the progress and branch performance on an ongoing basis in collaboration with Bancassurance working team, and Head of Sales and Services.

Leadership

• Manage 5 branches and gradually increase to 10 branches overtime.

Continuous Improvement

• Collect the feedback from customers, staffs, and Financial Consultants, analyze and report back to Senior Management for necessary actions.
• Closely coordinate with Bancassurance Joint Working Committee Members on progress, challenges and next steps.

KPI

• Product awareness of all branch’s staffs about Insurance.
• Number of quality referrals relating to target of Branches Sales Specialists and Financial Consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Prefer who can able to work at Mandalay

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal. organizational and presentation skills
• Confident, self-motivated aid driven to succeed
• Able to successfully persuade and influence others
• Able to work under pressure and travel frequently within Myanmar

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience

• Knowledge and Experience in Banking or Insurance Industry
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Sales. Customer Service or Coaching
• Experience in the Insurance sector is a plus

Languages

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Myanmar is Mandatory and English is Preferable)
