Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations - Open/close procedures, cash management, staff scheduling.
  • Commercial Execution- Plan local promotions, manage supplier relationships, and optimize product ranging.
  • Staff Management - Conduct meetings, training, and performance coaching.
  • Crisis Handling - Address operational disruptions (e.g., supply shortages, equipment failures).
  • Reporting - Analyze KPIs, prepare sales/revenue reports, and present to senior leadership.

Daily Impact

  • Drive Results - Execute promotions, analyze sales dashboards, and adjust tactics daily.
  • Build Culture - Conduct team huddles, recognize excellence, and address performance gaps.
  • Ensure Compliance - Audit store conditions (freshness, cleanliness, safety) per company/regulatory standards.
  • Solve Problems - Tackle supply chain disruptions, staffing shortages, or customer escalations.

Key Results Focus

  • Strategic Leadership -Set branch goals aligned with corporate strategy. Lead change initiatives (e.g., new tech, process optimization).
  • Commercial Acumen -Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to drive growth. Plan promotions, pricing, and merchandising to boost revenue.
  • Operational Excellence - Oversee inventory, supply chain, and shrinkage control. Ensure store cleanliness, shelf compliance, and efficient checkout operations.
  • Customer Obsession - Foster a customer-first culture; resolve escalations promptly. Implement loyalty programs and service standards.
  • Financial Management - Manage P&L, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives. Forecast demand and control payroll.
  • Team Development - Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Risk Management - Mitigate risks (Theft, Fraud, Safety Hazards).
