  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Managing the risks of the project, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of all project details, and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated time frame.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, ensuring everyone is updated on the project’s progress.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial processes, methods, and standards to plan, coordinate, and implement projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project’s life cycle.
  • Industrial Project Managers may also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to optimize various processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project performance.

  • Engineering background is essential.
  • Must reside in NPT, hold a passport and driver’s license, and be willing to travel.
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Age around 40+
  • Prior experience in industrial engineering or a closely related field is often considered advantageous.
  • Those with more than 10 years of experience may have held leadership roles and are usually considered for senior Industrial Project Management positions.
  • Additionally, experience with project management software, risk management, and quality assurance is also typically required.
