Responsible for
 Ordering marketing items and keeping track of stock balance.
 To support for supplies of marketing items to all branches for event or promotion.
 Office Administration (Documentation, Transportation Arrangement and Requisition, etc).

Key Areas of Accountability
 Working for event, activation, promotion, etc.
 Working closely with executives for ordering marketing terms, keeping track of stock balance and distribution process to branches, etc.
 Execution of marketing communication programs and/or promotional brand activities.
 Collaborating with Sales and Trade Marketing for Promotion campaigns, activation, documentation, etc.
 Ensure efficient supply chain management
 Conducting office administration tasks in terms of forms, requisitions, booking, order, etc.
