A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Support in managing day-to-day project management
- Support the business planning process across Myanmar by collecting and compiling information and data from different stakeholders as and when required
- Support the preparation of project plans, KPIs, budgets, resource allocations, etc. Ensure prompt documentation of project information and communication of project plans to internal stakeholders
- Perform project activities, monitor project progress/KPIs and track resource utilization within own area of work
- Identify and report project issues/setbacks. Suggest solutions and follow up on pending issues in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and report project deliverables according to project objectives/KPIs as part of accountability
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality, etc.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of project activities

Leadership responsibilities

- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Project Management and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- University degree in Management or Engineering from a reputed school in Myanmar or abroad. MBA preferred
- 1-2 years’ (max) experience in a similar role
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of business and Healthcare industry
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in project management
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and in English, both written and spoken
