  • Work with other VC/FC to create effective products for the center
  • Drafting and executing SLA and SOP
  • Partnership Management - retail outlets, logistic companies (drop off points), electronics (mobile phone and accessories)
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Customer Booking coordination
  • Marketing Support for Centers (coordinate with Bank Marketing team)
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify market situation and customer needs
  • Lead exploratory discussions with potential partners and establishing rapport
  • Planning and overseeing digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintains a high degree of product knowledge and industry updates, trends and market environment in order to identify appropriate initiatives to help promote business growth
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Keeping  track records of  partners’ revenue

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in supervisor  Level
  •  Experience in Marketing and retail Management
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Result oriented

  • Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance and Economics)
