An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Research and develop ‘Route to Market strategies’ in the standard and economy alcohol segments to expand distribution and increase volume.
  • Developing annual commercial plan and budget
  • Research and develop Route to Market strategies - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Regular meeting with customers to develop relationships & managing a team of sales/ merchandizing representatives nationwide
  • Recruit and train members of the team, arranging external training where appropriate
  • Closely working with cross functional departments of the organization in developing strategies
  • Carry out regular sales forecast, trends, analysis, and propose actions
  • Monitor on records of sales, revenue, market progress and producing reports for management team with feedback.
  • Work with research agencies to obtain the accurate market research data.

  • Must be able to converse in English
  • Strong Presentation Skill (both in English & Myanmar)
  • Expert in Project Management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years alcohol industry experience in selling standard and economy products.
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience.
