• Manages all aspects of event management including coordination with the working group, suppliers and others
• Developing a new business plan – targeting high potential clients, making presentations and developing materials to reach these clients
• Taking clients briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
• Participating in creative development process
• Writing proposals, including developing costing and doing research in suppliers where necessary
• Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
• Preparing and presenting new business presentations

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Min 3-5yrs working experience in Construction field
- Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering background is preferred
- Proven resources with local government authorities, developers, consultancy companies,contractors, etc
- Strong communication skills dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to accept challenge and work under pressure
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
