  • Maintain strong relationships with existing principals, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Prepare and negotiate business proposals, agreements, and service contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in crewing and manning services.
  • Represent the company at maritime events, seminars, and industry networking.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, crewing, or manning agency.
  • Must have Oversea marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of shipping industry practices, 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain B2B client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English and local).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and crew management systems.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry networking events.
