  • Proven track record in setting up fuel stations or distribution networks
  • Experience in BD, partnerships, and supplier management
  • Familiarity with government licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain 100% compliance with government safety, environmental, and fuel regulations.
  • Develop the business plan for fuel supply operations.
  • Identify strategic locations for fuel stations and storage facilities.
  • Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, planning, marketing) for project rollout.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • 7–10+ years in fuel supply, energy, or oil & gas business operations
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or Logistics
  • Master’s in Business Administration or Energy/Project Management (preferred)
  • Certifications in Project Management or Fuel/Energy Operations (advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of fuel supply, logistics, and energy regulations
  • Experience in business development and commercial operations
  • Leadership and team management skills
