Position Purpose

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving growth of payroll service (Corporate, SMEs & NGOs), expansion of client network & base and relationship development.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Planning on weekly and monthly sales calls and concentrate on Non-Government Organizations as well as other corporate sectors.
  • Acquire and onboard new payroll partners and achieve monthly target.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and smooth coordination with internal departments for on-time performance.
  • Proactively exploring new range of corporate sales channels in the market and drive for conversion.
  • Responsible to prepare reports and have an overview on monthly/weekly performance of existing clients.
  • Ensure the daily fund and PO data of disbursement clients are accurate.
  • Contracting & executing in coordination with Legal, Finance & Operation department.
  • Prioritizing individual attention along with regular and direct customer engagement.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and regular follow up with potential clients.

Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas

  • At least 5 years of working experience with over 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Customer service background.
  • Energetic, open-minded, and flexible to work in any given work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while improving processes and results, prioritizing work with minimal direction.
  • Willing and able to offer insight beyond daily duties and find alternative solutions.
  • Excellent market research skills.  
  • Able to travel overnight trip within the country if necessary.
  • Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written) - ability to speak Chinese language is desirable but not necessary.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions.
  • Able to work high pace, high dynamic team environment.
