An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Design and implement a performance management system if applicable aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, operations, customer engagement, and financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor store-level performance, marketing efficiency, and merchandising outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to set benchmarks and performance improvement targets.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, customer transactions, and financial data to identify business trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization techniques to enhance performance reporting.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of key financial and operational metrics.
  • Provide holistic business performance insights and actionable recommendations to management.
  • Support quarterly business performance reviews and assist in action planning to address identified gaps.
  • Work closely with respective teams to align performance strategies with business goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • MBA or an advanced degree in Performance Management or Retail Analytics is highly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or data analytics within the retail, FMCG, or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in developing KPI frameworks, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of retail financial metrics, sales performance analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel for data modeling and performance tracking.
  • Experience with retail management systems, CRM platforms, and loyalty program analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication & leadership abilities to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
