  1. Carry out General Administration tasks of the department
  2. Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, and writing instruction letters
  3. Request devices, equipment (computers, printers, devices, etc…) and process the maintenance requests of the department
  4. Support and organize the required arrangement of events and meetings within the department
  5. Screening phone calls/ emails and routing callers to the appropriate party within the department
  6. Assisting customers with Online Banking & KBZPay queries, Product info & issues queries, and customer service support
  7. Liaising with other stakeholders from internal departments
  8. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Good computer skills (Typing & Microsoft Office).
