1. Upstream process
-To define the requirements of the requester in order to make sure the requirement specifications and accurately convey to vendor
-To design system architecture in accordance with service requirement
- To manage cost effective with innovative solutions
- To get approval from management
2. Development process
-Manage and control vendors at a high level and a field level in planning, designing, implementing
-Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
-To review the UAT item
3. System Operation process
-To be able to fix the problem immediately and create the counter measure in case of the occurrence of issues after service/product launched
-To evaluate the security risk on regular basis align with SOC team
-To perform preventive maintance operations to mitigate the service impact or system failure
4. Contract Making
-To define all the scope of work, SLA, and other legal and procurement requriements creat the contract for every projects of the team
-
5. HR/Administrative and other general duties
- To evaluate the workload requriement of the team and define the resource requirement, and escalate to DGMs
-To clarify the questionair from the regular audit and occasional security audit

1.At least Bachelor Degree in (Electronics & Communications/ IT / Telecommunications/ Computer Science)
2. Pefer  Master of Engineering Degree holder in Advanced Information Science 
3. Capability to work with project team members both internally and externally to achieve collaboration, effective stakeholder management and create together for the desired outcome
4.The same capability as ITIL certified holder
5.Capability advanced MS office tool skill
6. English (Business Level) and Myanmar language (Native Level)
7. Adaptability for new environment
8. Strong Knowledge in PR/PO process
9. Strong knowledge in contract making 
10. Strong knowledge in domain and networking
11. Certified in VMware Digital Business Transformation

12. Capability to have system architect skill and capable of system design

13. Familiar with relational databased systems and non relational database system 

14. Familiar in working with multiple operation systems 

15. Capability to excute SQL queries, Java programming 

16. Familiar with Machine Learning and Data Science

17. Familiar with Data Visualizing Tools
