• Welcomes clients at the Branch Office and, if needed, introduces them to the most relevant person/Finance Assistant.
• ရုံးခွဲ၌ Clients များအား ကြိုဆိုခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်ပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာန မန်နေဂျာ/ Finance Assistant နှင့် မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း။
• Carries out all cash related transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
• ငွေနှင့်ဆက်နွှယ်သော လုပ်ငန်းအားလုံးကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ (ငွေစုခြင်း၊ ငွေထုတ်ခြင်းစသည်)
• Ensures the alignment of all cash transactions
• Cash transactions များအားလုံးကို သေချာစွာ ချိန်ညှိခြင်း။
• Ensures precisely and correctly payment/receipt calculations.
• Payment / receipt တွက်ချက်မှုများကို တိတိကျကျ နှင့် မှန်ကန်စေခြင်း။
• Checks and verifies cash voucher with necessary supporting documents.
• မူရင်းဘောင်ချာများနှင့် ပူးတွဲစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• Registers all cash transactions
• Cash transactions များအား စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း။
• Orders and maintains cash supplies for the branch requirement and ensures timely execution of the cash transaction; and displays the cash position in a due manner.
• Branch ၌ ငွေကြေးများ အချိန်မှီ လုံလောက်စွာ ပြည့်မှီနေစေရန် နေ့စဉ် ငွေအ၀င်အထွက်စရင်းများကို အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီပြီးမြောက်အောင်လုပ်ကိုင်ရန်
• Transfer of cash to/from Dawn as per requirement.
• DAWN မှ လိုအပ်ချက်အရ ငွေလွှဲခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းကို ကူညီပေးရန်
• Establish and maintain good and clear working relationships with other team members.
• အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအပေါ်တွင်လည်း ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်းနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သောဆက်ဆံရေးများကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
• Ensure full compliance with the relevant/prevailing DAWN policies / procedures; and full alignment with the audit recommendations.
• DAWN မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော မူဝါဒများ / လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို အပြည့်အဝ လိုက်နာရန် နှင့် Audit မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းချက်များအား အပြည့်အဝ လိုက်နာစေခြင်း။
• Any other identical task assigned by the respective supervisor
• အထက်လူကြီးမှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာ၀န်များအား လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။

ဖော်ပြပါ Cashier (Teller) ရာထူးအတွက် Thanetpin, Paung, Shwepyithar, Yedashe, Aunglan နေရာများတွင် ၀န်ထမ်းများအား ခေါ် ယူနေပါသည်။

• University graduate, preferably in finance and accounting or related field
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိရန် (finance and accounting (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်)
• Preferable Minimum one year working experience in Finance and accounting

• Finance and accounting လုပ်သက်တစ်နှစ် အနည်းဆုံးရှိသူဖြစ်ပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်

• Good communication, monitoring and planning skills

• ကြိုတင်စီစဉ်တတ်ခြင်း၊ အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူများ

• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet

• Microsoft Word နှင့် Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ

• Excellent communication skills in local and English language
