-Performs as a Chief Accountant to support various activities in accounting , resolving conflicts , delegation and organizing tasks ,as well as motivating and leading teams .
-Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations .
-Performs full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
-Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements , payments , cash - flow management reporting for submission to Managing Directory , Board of Directors and Executive Level Managers .
-Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries .
-Perform cash flow forecasting , budgeting and working closely with the operation and marketing teams in analyzing margins , variances and cost analysis .
-Issue project coat reports for review and approval .
-Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
-Monitoring financial position , financial performance and cash flow of the company . revising any descrepancies of reports and checking the company's assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future .
-Assisting external audit firms that are located in Myanmar and Singapore to prepare for tax reporting , and annual financial statement .
-Coordinate and assists in the preparation of the annual projection budget and annual cash flow budget as well as Capex budget for the group of companies .
-Conduct annual stock take and asset and inventory management and control for the group
-Assist in preparation of Business Plans for the group .
-Liase , communicate and develop close working relationship with bankers .
-Actively Participate in New business Development , Mergers and Acquisition or Joint Venture Projects
-Prepares financial papers , conduct due diligence and valuation of business projects .

-B.Com and /or CPA / ACCA
Proficiency in Accounting software
Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience in the related fields in various International Companies
Strong interpersonal skill
