-A Chief accountant must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
-One must have a critical mind in identifying and defining clearly the problem, evaluating different ideas or ways of solving the problem from the data gathered, and making a choice on which one is the best among the different ideas evaluated

-Chief accounts should also have extensive knowledge in fast-paced technologies and accounting programs and possess excellent mathematical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, time management and organization skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as leadership and administrative skills.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- B.Com, CPA (or) Any Graduate with ACCA /Dip IFR any graduate with related certificate or diploma.
- At least 7 years experience in accounting Field & 2 years experience in this related fields.
- Must to know and apply in accounting policies & Myanmar Government Tax policies, procedures and standard
- Must know costing calculation.
- must have good personality and communication skills
- candidate with good Microsoft office skills or experience with accounting software will be preferred
- Ability to work under pressure.
- can speak & written English
- Honesty and Willingness to work enthusiastically
- Organizing & Planning Skill
- Be able to commit your responsibility in accounting, and financial management
- Leadership and Managerial skills to operate in a dynamic environment must be required.
- Must be able to perform manover, problem-solving, pro-active hands-on attitudes, and knowledge of IFRS
- Age between 27 to 45.
