- Lead, train and manage team members of account team and dealing with any issue that may arise
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts
- Define accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related as needed
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing & audit issues
- Control income, cash flow and expenditures
- Analyze financial transactions to determine accuracy procedures
- Monitor monthly, quarterly, yearly closing report
- Prepare and analyze budget
- Prepare the Business Plan for new project
- Prepare and negotiate tax issue and license fees of PTD

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor degree or above with CPA holder
- Must have 5 years or more working experience as Chief Accountant in Telecom Field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
- Excellent English 4 skills
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
